Since 2015, Forster Group Skills Academy has been addressing one of the construction industry’s biggest challenges; the skills gap.
As the sector faces increasing demands for quality, innovation and sustainability, we recognise that closing this gap requires more than just training. It requires leadership, structure and a commitment to setting new standards. The Skills Academy provides a clear pathway into the industry, helping shape a future skilled and confident workforce ready to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving industry.
To date we have supported over 100 new entrants through our accredited training programmes, with an apprenticeship completion rate of 95%, well above industry average, ensuring that next generation of the workforce are equipped with practical skills for enhanced productivity, industry knowledge to deliver the highest standards and a commitment to professional conduct.
